To View & Pay Your Bill Online

You can do the following when you log in to EasyPay:

  • View Statements
  • Pay Your Bill
  • See Payment History
  • Sign up for Paperless Billing

The only time a you will not be able to view your statements is if you are on auto pay and do not receive a printed copy of your statement.  If you do receive a printed copy or are set up for electronic billing, then you should be able to view statement PDFs.

Understanding Your Bill

We try hard to make our bills easy to understand, but we know it can be confusing.  Your BILLING DATE, shown on your bill, occurs on the same date each month.  So, if your service was installed on June 15th, your NewWave services will be billed on the 15th of each month that follows.  New subscribers receive their first bill the month after installation.

Your payment is due twenty days from the BILLING DATE. If the payment is not received by the twentieth day, a late fee of $7.99 will be applied to your account.  Please remember that your payment may be delayed in the mail, so please send with enough time to spare so it will be received on time.

There are several ways to pay your NewWave bill.

You are always welcome to mail your payments to us.  Please use the preaddressed envelope that comes with your statement, or send your payment to this address:

Communications Stores and Payment Centers

If you prefer to pay your bill in person, please visit us at one of one of our conveniently located payment centers or communications stores.  While you are visiting one of the communications stores, be sure to ask about new features and offers.  There is always something new at NewWave.  You’ll find the addresses and directions on our Locations page.
