Installer Technician needed for Fast Pace Cable, Internet and Telephone operation.  Position located in the Madisonville, KY area.  2+ yrs of experience preferred in basic installations, disconnects and service changes for residential and business customers.   Position is full-time.

Under supervision, performs basic installations, disconnects and service changes for residential and business customers for NewWave Communication services. Perform basic troubleshooting from tap to customer’s electronic devices.

• Provide excellent customer communication skills, & be willing to work a variety of hours.
• Be educated in technical terms & procedures as associated with cable television and high speed Internet.
• Be able to follow detailed instructions & complete all tasks in an efficient manner.
• Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, & able to pass drug screen test.
