FIELD AUDITOR
COMMERICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

FIELD AUDITOR NEEDED
	NewWave Communications is currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill the position of a Field Auditor for our Taylorville, IL area.
Job Summary:	Under general supervision, assist with quality control research, perform audits for unauthorized connections by non-customers, basic only customers, HSD only customers, telephony only customers and complete safety field observation forms.
Responsibilities:	Contribute to the Company vision of being the industry leader in customer service through quality, commitment, courtesy and teamwork Conduct field audits of taps; identify and disconnect any unauthorized connections Identify, sell and convert opportunities of disconnected unauthorized connections to paying customers Maintain system security by auditing pedestal locks; reshape and starlock pedestals Audit drops; provide all drop locations with permanent tags, service tags, grease threads, rubber grommets, and terminate all unused ports. Maintain accurate records and reporting requirements Assist with quality control checks on technicians work as needed and requested by supervisor Perform repairs to pedestals and lock boxes or other equipment damage from illegal connects Complete safety field observation forms when encountering associates and contractors in the field Perform other duties as requested by supervisor
Qualifications:	• Knowledge and ability to use the following office equipment: computer telephone, copier, fax, calculator, stapler, and e-mail • Knoweldge and ability to use computer software products such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, convertering digital photos • Ability to understand services and packages • Demonstrate good presentation and sales skills • Ability to adhere to Local, Federal regulations and Company policies • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner • Ability to work independently • High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid drivers license with satisfactory driving record within Company required standards

Responsibilities:	• Sale cable and communication solutions to assigned areas by promoting the features, benefits and value of NewWave Communications products and services • Speak in public forums • Deal directly with potential and existing customers • Possess good communication and public relation skills
Qualifications:	• Self-motivated • Attention to detail • Professional attitude and appearance • Identify, qualify, and develop positive, professional relationships with prospective clients • Team player • Good organization skills • Good communication skills • Previous sales experience preferred
Requirements:	• Current drivers’ license • Good driving record • Pre-employment drug screen • Provide MVR • Must have own vehicle and auto insurance
	NewWave Communications will provide base salary plus commission and an excellent benefits package.
